Sad News, Wheesung Dies Of 43 Years Old Due To Cardiac Arrest

JAKARTA - Sad news came from the music world. Singer Wheesung passed away on Monday, March 10 in accordance with the agency's statement.

The police found Wheesung who fainted at his apartment in Seoul at 6:29 p.m. local time. The family had contacted the emergency response party but he was declared dead.

On March 10, our beloved artist Wheesung died. He was found cardiac arrest at his home in Seoul and was announced dead," said Tajoy Entertainment as the agency that manages Wheesung.

The agency also revealed that the funeral schedule would be announced separately while the authorities were still investigating the cause of his death.

"In this difficult situation, we ask to avoid rumors that are not verified or speculative reports in honor of the bereaved family," he said.

This news is a sorrow especially for South Korean musicians. Through their Instagram account, they made a tribute to the singer.

"Thank you for being a memory of my youth through music," wrote rapper Palo.

"Thank you for making such a big influence in my life with amazing music. Rest in peace," wrote Changmo.

In addition, the Wheesung duet concert with KCM which is scheduled for March 15 has been canceled. Wheesung died at the age of 43.
