"He has passed away to Rahmatullah. Our Papa Herry Irama. Today is March 5, 2025. At 08.45 am," Rhoma Irama's family told VOI, Thursday, March 6.
The family, who declined to be named, said that Herry died not due to illness but because he was old.
"It's been 70 years, how many years have you been, I don't know, old mba," he continued.
He continued, the late Herry Irama had been buried on the same day at the Jatinegara Kaum Cemetery in the afternoon.
"He was buried at the Jatinegara Kaum Cemetery," he explained.
As a brother, Rhoma Irama could not hide her sadness after receiving news of her sister's departure.
