This special collaboration will present a degustation menu of seven dishes arranged in detail, featuring a typical chef style and highlighting selected ingredients and a bold taste. Guests can enjoy the night with a dynamic mix of flavors, creative solids, and an elegant dining experience, reflecting the synergy between Apéritif and Saltlick.
To start tonight, the KU DE TA will take over the stunning Pinstripe Bar at Apriritif starting at 5 p.m., bringing their signature style and a cocktail that is perfectly mixed to Ubud, offering a special cocktail that complements the culinary journey.
Guided by Panji Wisrawan and Leo Gunawan, Leo, the Manager of the KU DE TA Bar, has created a cocktail menu since 2012 with signature creations, modern touch, and classics inspired by Balinese produce.
