Holding Back Tears, Fiersa Besari Measurable To Survive Incident At The Top Of Carstensz

JAKARTA - Fiersa Besari tried to explain her feelings after becoming one of the climbers who survived the incident at Puncak Carstensz Pyramid.

In the video upload, Fiersa can be seen holding back tears while greeting people through her social media.

"Hello friends, today is March 3, 2025, a very special day for me," said Fiersa Besari, cutting back tears, quoted by VOI from Instagram @fiersabesari, Monday, March 3.

After re-strengthening, Fiersa again tried to string up words, in which she was very grateful that she was still able to celebrate her birthday right today after the incident.

"Hey friends, today is March 3, 2025, it's a special day for me because I can get through another birthday," he continued.

He admitted that he still could not believe it because he could celebrate the turn of life in a place he had never imagined before.

"I can pass in a place I never believed I was here, namely in Cartens Piramid. Indonesia's highest peak," he added.

At the end of his sentence, Fiersa thanked those who had prayed for his safety and hoped that the climbers who survived could return home smoothly.

"Thank you for your prayers. Pray for us all to come home safely," he said.
