Evidence That Made Nikita Mirzani A Suspect In The Alleged Extortion Case, There Is Proof Of Transfer

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Ade Ary announced evidence that was taken into consideration by investigators to raise Nikita Mirzani's status as a suspect in the alleged extortion case of Reza Gladys.

"The number of witnesses examined; 13 (twelve) witnesses," Ade Ary Syam told reporters, Friday, February 21.

Apart from witnesses, Ade Ary also said that there was some evidence of conversations and statements of remittances reported.

"Proof of letter documents; 9 documents (namely proof of money transfer from the victim, proof of screenshots of conversations, proof of payment for installments, proof of transfer/delivery information, photocopy of PPJB, proof of order)," he continued.

Then digital evidence in the form of discussion flash and cell phone is also used as evidence to transmit electronic documents.

"Proof of Digital Goods; 5 (five) flash disks containing electronic documents and 8 (eight) mobile phones that have links as electronic systems that transmit electronic documents in cases handled by investigators," continued Ade.

"The evidence of digital goods extraction; 3 (three) document files as documents from forensic analysis of digital evidence found," he said.

Finally, the statements of 5 experts in this case were also used to strengthen Nikita Mirzani's status as a suspect.

"Examination of expert information; Minutes of Event 5 (five) Expert," he said.
