JAKARTA - Choi Woo Shik and Park Bo Young competed in the latest Korean series, Melo Movie. The series was written by Lee Na Eun who previously worked on the Korean drama Our Beloved Summer.

This series is the first project that brings the two together after a career in the entertainment industry. Melo Movie will connect romance stories with the film industry.

The following is a synopsis of the Melo Movie series:

Melo Movie tells the story of Kim Mu Bee (Park Bo Young), an assistant director who wants to follow in the footsteps of his father who works as a film crew. Mu Bee also likes films and has a desire to pursue a career as a director.

After successfully entering the film industry, Kim Mu Bee began to sharpen her abilities. On the other hand, an actor named Ko Gyeom (Choi Woo Shik) came.

Ko Gyeom, who works as an extra actor, has become a film critic. His desire is simple, watching all the films in the world.

One day, Ko Gyeom meets Mu Bee on the set of the filmPS. Ko Gyeom is interested in Mu Bee's name because when read it sounds like the word 'movie' or film.

Mu Bee works calmly until his world changes when Ko Gyeom comes who is very dominating and always meets on various occasions.

On the other hand, Hong Si Jun (Lee Jun Young) is a songwriter who thinks of himself as a genius, but his name is not yet well known in the music world.

Hong Si Jun has a ex-lover, Son Ju A (Jeon So Nee) who is a scriptwriter and is related to him and Mu Bee.

The series also stars Kim Jae Wook, Cha Woo Min, Ko Chang Seok, Kim Young Woong, Jwa Cha Yeon and special performances from Eum Moon Suk, Seo Yi Sook, Song Hoon, and others.

The Melo Movie series consists of 10 episodes and all episodes can be watched on Netflix.
