Sherina Munaf And Baskara Mahendra Officially Divorce

JAKARTA - Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court, Suryono said that the pair Sherina Munaf and Baskara Mahendra had been divorced.

This decision was taken verstekly because Baskara Mahendra, who has been officially summoned by the court, has been absent twice.

"Sherina's trial today is decided by a verstek decision. This means that Sherina's decision or lawsuit was granted without the presence of the defendant," said Suryana at her office, Thursday, February 13.

"Because he was summoned twice officially and properly, because this is his summons in court and his summons was recorded from PT Pos Indonesia, so two trials deserve his summons," explained Suryana.

Suryana said that Baskara Mahendra was still given the opportunity to fight back if he was not satisfied with the decision.

"The trial is temporarily over, so the next process if the defendant objectes, then there is a legal action, it is a resistance to this verstek decision within a grace period of 14 days," he said.

In this divorce, Suryana ensured that Sherina only demanded divorce and there was nothing about Gono's property.

"Nothing, just divorce," explained Suryana.

Previously, Sherina Munaf filed for divorce from Baskara Mahendra. This was confirmed by the Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court, Suryana.

"Yes, the divorce suit is on behalf of Sinna Sherina Munaf against Baskara Mahendra Putra," Suryana told VOI, Friday, January 17.

Suryana said that Sherina's divorce suit was filed on Thursday, January 16 yesterday and the inaugural trial will be held on Thursday, January 30.

"(The divorce suit) has entered on Janusri 16 with No. 325/Pdt.G/2025, the first trial is Thursday, January 30, 2025," he said.
