However, what has attracted more attention lately is the luxurious watch Gus Miftah wore while preaching. An account on social media X, @UmarHasibuan_ quoted by VOI on Wednesday, November 4, 2024, highlighted Miftah's luxury watch. The account mentions that Miftah looks more arrogant.

Gus Miftah's appearance with this luxurious watch also adds to the public's curiosity, especially regarding the price and source of his wealth.

After being traced, the watch worn by Gus Miftah turned out to have a very fantastic price. The watch is a Rolex model of GMT-Master II 16710 Coke, with a combination of silver and red colors.

According to the @Ngopisegersek account on X, the price of the watch ranges from Rp173 million to Rp200 million, depending on the place and condition of the goods.

Gus Miftah's wealth has indeed become a topic that is often discussed, although the exact number is not yet known. However, this preacher, also known as this unique lecture style, earns income from various sources.

One of them is the Ora Aji Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes) located in Sleman, Yogyakarta, which he manages.

In addition, Gus Miftah is also known to often give lectures in unusual places, such as nightclubs and discotheques, which of course provide certain rates. He revealed that lectures for artists or officials have a fixed rate. As for the lower economic community, he received the highest fee.

Not long ago, Gus Miftah was also appointed as President Prabowo Subianto's special envoy. This position of course provides additional income, with salaries and allowances equivalent to ministerial-level officials.

Based on Government Regulation Number 137 of 2024, the basic salary of a minister is IDR 5,040,000 per month, with the allowance of office reaching IDR 13,608,000.
