JAKARTA - Director Tim Burton is interested in collaborating with actor Johnny Depp again. Previously, Burton directed Depp in the film Edward Scissorhands in 1990.
This year, he made a finejuice sequel with the title Beepjuice Beeplejuice. When asked, he admitted that there were several films of his that he did not want to make any further.
"There are some films that I don't want to make a sequel to. I don't want to make a sequel because I feel the story is only one chapter," Tim Burton told Variety.
"I don't want the sequel to The Nightmare Before Christmas because it feels like just one thing. There are some things that are better left behind, and for me, that's one of them," he continued.
Johnny Depp is also a collaborator for many Tim Burton films such as Ed Wood, Corpse Bride, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Dark Shadows,men's Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, and Alice in Wonderland. They last collaborated in 2012 through the film Dark Shadows.
