Zayn Malik Pays Respect To Liam Payne's Hometown

JAKARTA - After starting the Sairway to the Sky concert tour in Leeds (November 23), Manchester (November 24), and London (November 26 and 27, Zayn Malik performed at Wolverhampton on Friday, November 29 evening local time.

The show at Wolverhampton became very emotional for Zayn, because the city was the hometown of a colleague at One Direction, Liam Payne, who died on October 16.

From the video uploaded by fans on social media X, Zayn seemed to pay tribute to Liam. He hopes the deceased can see his appearance from the resting place.

"I've done something, at the end of the show, every night, and it's dedicated to my brother, Liam Payne," Zayn Malik said, citing the X account @ZaynReport, Sunday, December 1.

"Rest in peace," he added.

Respect for Liam has always been given Zayn since starting the tour in Leeds. On the big screen, it reads a message from Zayn to Liam that reads 'love you bro'.

However, respect for the deceased who was declared directly on stage, Zayn only did when he appeared in Liam's hometown.
