Anna Kendrick Reveals How To End Toxic Romance

JAKARTA - Hollywood actress Anna Kendrick admitted that she had been in a toxic relationship for a long time, for seven years. He also gave a way of ending this toxic or unhealthy love affair.

Hal tersebut diungkapkan Anna Corn saat menjadi bintang tamu di Call Her Daddy. Awalnya, Anna menceritakan bahwa hubungan dengan mantan kekasihnya dimulai dengan sangat baik.

However, over time, Anna realized some things that were not true in her relationship. One of them, he experienced emotional violence.

However, Anna admits that she often blames herself. He felt that he was having problems in the relationship, so he tried to change himself.

"It came out of nowhere, but it was built on the foundation that I love and trust that person so much, so I think it must be me (the problematic one)," Anna skills told People, on Saturday, October 26, 2024.

"Like, if one of us is crazy, it must be me. I changed my life completely by trying to fix whatever was wrong with me," he added.

Then Anna Kendrick realized that her relationship was indeed unhealthy and she experienced emotional violence from her ex. To end the relationship, Anna admitted that she initially consulted a partner's therapist.

After undergoing the couple's therapy, Anna skills finally realized her mistake. Anna was also finally able to get out of the relationship and break up with her ex well.

"I've had several sessions with him in recent years, where he apologized to me for. I think he realized what happened, towards the end (of the relationship)," he explained.

The Pitch Perfect film star admits that therapy really helps her to get out of an unhealthy relationship, because her therapist always provides support. He also doesn't feel inferior and gets better emotionally.

"He (the therapist) was very proud because I dared to speak up. Everything ended quickly after that," concluded Anna Kendrick.
