JAKARTA - Celebrity Siskaeee was finally sentenced to 1 year in prison and a fine of Rp. 500 million after being found guilty of violating Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography

This verdict itself is lighter than the verdict of the Public Prosecutor (JPU) who asked Siskaeee to be sentenced to 2.5 years.

However, what is the journey of the Siskaeee case involved in a porn film entitled Keramat Tunggak? Here's the review!

1. Pornographic content was distributed at the beginning of the pornography case involving Siskaeee due to pornographic content spread on social media. Finally, the police took the initiative to investigate this until finally naming 5 suspects.

The five suspects are Irwansyah as director, admin website, owner and also as producer; male JAAS who acts as a cameraman, male AIS as editor and male AT as sound engineering. There is also a female SE who plays the secretary and actor of the film.

Before Siskaeee, the director and crew involved in the film Kramat Tungak had already been tried until 12 other suspects, including Siskaeee.

2. The arrest of Siskaeee Furthermore, the police finally raised the status of Siskaeee, who was originally a suspect. Siskaeee himself was arrested in an apartment in the Yogyakarta area on Wednesday, January 24 after being absent three times from the summons for examination.

After undergoing several examinations, Siskaeee was officially detained by the authorities on Thursday, January 25.

At first Siskaeee did not accept his decision to ask for a suspension but was rejected by the police because he was considered uncooperative.

3. Sentenced to 1 Year in Prison In connection with this case, the owner of the real name Fransiska Candra Novitasari was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison by the Public Prosecutor (JPU).

But finally in the verdict, Siskaeee was officially sentenced to 1 year in prison with a fine of Rp. 500 million after being found guilty as a form of responsibility for his actions.

4. Sorry and Regret After undergoing the verdict trial, Siskaeee apologized to those who were indirectly harmed by him as a result of this case.

"I also apologize to the people out there who may feel I accidentally hurt, I apologize for my mistake yesterday, I am very grateful to all those who support me," said Siskaeee at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, October 21.

He promised that after being released from prison he would not repeat the same mistake and this case would be the last.

"Kapok kapok kapok kapok, kapak banget, ini akan jadi yang terakhir kali dan semogakan next depannya Siska harus mencari tahu dulu sebelum memilih pekerjaan," tandasnya.
