Andre Taulany Files Divorce Appeal Against Erin After His Lawsuit Was Rejected

JAKARTA - Public Relations of the Tigaraksa Religious Court, Ummi Azma said that Andre Taulany filed for divorce from his wife, Erin Taulany.

"Yes, there is an appeal. From Andre," said Ummi Azma via telephone, Thursday, October 3.

The appeal itself was conducted by Andre online on September 25 yesterday.

"Yes, an e-court appeal has been registered from applicant Andre Taulany on September 25, 2024. By granting power to Novio Manurung's doctor," he added.

Previously, Ummi Azma reported the results of the divorce trial decisions of Andre Taulany and Rien Wartia Trigina alias Erin.

Ummi Azma emphasized that the panel of judges decided to reject Andre Taulany's divorce decision.

"The results of the verdict are number 1668 / PDTG / 2024 / PA Tigaraksa divorce case Andreas Taulany as the applicant against Rien Wartia Trigina as the respondent. The panel of judges rejected the applicant's application," said Ummi Azma at her office, Tuesday, September 24.

Ummi Azma explained that the rejection of Andre Taulany's divorce suit was not proven to have continuous disputes and quarrels as he said.

"According to the legal consideration of the panel of judges, the petitioners' arguments stating that there were continuous disputes and quarrels between the applicant and the respondent were not proven," explained Ummi Azma.
