JAKARTA - The couple Ruben Onsu and Sawendah have been officially divorced after going through a series of trials at the South Jakarta District Court on September 24.

In this divorce, Sarwendah is said to have obtained the right to their luxury home, which is still in the process of being built and in the Jakarta area.

However, in a TikTok account @fhomesjkt, it was seen advertising a luxury house in the Pondok Indah area, South Jakarta, which is suspected to be the house of the former Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah.

The upload reads that initially the price of the house was priced at Rp90 billion but is now sold at a price of Rp86 billion.

In his statement, it was written regarding the details of the contents of the house, such as 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a garage for 4 cars.

"The land area is 1890 square meters SHM. The building area is +- 1500 square meters. Bedroom 7, bathroom 6, ART 3 bedroom 3, garage 4 cars, carpot 8 cars," wrote the account quoted by VOI, Tuesday, October 1.
