JAKARTA - Netflix released a special teaser for the Squid Game 2 series towards its release. The teaser was launched on Netflix Geeked Week which began last September 16.

The video begins with Seong Gi Hun (Lee Jung Jae) wakingly, opening the bedroom door with a gun and pointing towards the figure who knocked on the door. He was surprised to see Front Man in front of him.

This teaser focuses a lot on the pink squad who are the guards of the Squid Game game. They do routines in the arena, including filling money into large bank and others.

"The ball will start soon," Front Man said.

This trailer ends with Gi Hun looking at the tracksuit he wore with number 456, the number he used in the first season. He looked at the arena as a sign that he was back in the game.

The second season of Squid Game will continue Seong Gi Hun's journey to win the game but he failed to leave for the United States. He chose to settle in Korea to find the figure behind the Squid Game and ensure the game ended.

Still directed by Hwang Dong Hyuk, Squid Game 2 series also stars Lee Byung Hun, Wi Ha Jun, and Gong Yoo.
