Yudha Arfandi argues that he hit Tamara Tyasmara because of her frequent tantrums

JAKARTA - Yudha Arfandi's attorney, Daliun Salian, explained the accusation that Tamara Tyasmara was the victim of her client's violence. Daliun said that the reason Yudha dared to beat Tamara was because her ex-lover often tantrumd her to the point of blood.

"That's admittedly, if the ear is recognized as correct. Because he doesn't stop talking, like that he often tantrums, then he gets annoyed, then he is beaten," said Daliun Salian at the East Jakarta District Court, Monday, September 2.

Then for the wound on Tamara's leg, she said that Tamara was the one who hurt herself by kicking the television until it broke the glass.

"Meanwhile, at the leg earlier, the witness, he was at Yudha's house, at odds, he hit the spot, kicked the TV, he broke the glass, finally resulted in self-harm," continued Daliun Salian.

Even Daliun revealed that this incident could have happened because Tamara came to Yudha's house drunk at dawn.

"Yes (he told Tamara to shut up), I like to go home to Yudha because he was drunk, it was 3 pm, at 1 p.m., he couldn't stop the tantrum except for the one he picked up earlier," continued Daliun Salian.
