Ahead Of The Decision Session, Sarwendah And Ruben Onsu Are Still Confident That They Will Divorce

JAKARTA - The divorce of Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah was only a matter of time until it was officially decided to divorce. Seeing this, Sarwendah's attorney, Chris Sam Siwu, emphasized that there was no longer a possible peace between his client Ruben Onsu.

"What is clear is that RO (Ruben Onsu) and Sarwendah's relationship has no possibility of making peace, there is no 100 percent peace," said Chris Sam Siwu in the Ampera area, South Jakarta, Tuesday, August 27.

For Chris, this is because as a lawyer he considered that Sarwendah and Ruben's household conditions were very thin for peace.

Divorce deals don't exist but looking at the situation may no longer be reconciled, said Chris Sam Siwu.

Chris further explained that Sarwendah and Ruben's divorce trial had entered the evidentiary stage by presenting witnesses.

"Still at the evidentiary stage, listening to witness statements. And so on, if the procedure does go according to course, there will be a conclusion until the verdict," he explained.

Until now, Sarwendah is still adamant not to attend the trial because he feels that all the lawsuits filed by Ruben are correct so there is no need for rebuttal.

In addition, Sarwendah also wants this trial to be completed quickly.

"Our absence as defendants, we see that RO's lawsuit is true, there is nothing we deny. Because there is no rebuttal, we don't need to attend, so that it doesn't take long or speed up the trial process so we don't want to waste time," he said.
