JAKARTA - Endy Arfian starred in the film Lecturer Ghaib: It's Night or Already Knows which will air starting August 15. Endy plays a fan of Japanese fanatical anime or wibu.

He admitted that he was willing not to take a bath for four days while filming his latest horror film. "I haven't showered for four days, while other tourists out there last a week," Endy said when met at the premiere of the film Lecturer Ghaib: It's Night or Already Know in the Epicentrum area, South Jakarta, Thursday, August 8.

In the film, Endy plays a student as well as a Japanese anime lover named Fattah. Like a fanatical anime lover in general, Fattah is known as a collector of comics and knick-knacks typical of Japanese anime.

In fact, Endy also conducts special research in order to explore his character as a wibu and student. One of them is willing not to take a shower for days to match the visual characteristics he wants.

"I think I should learn more about wibu," said the 23-year-old.

Even though he felt challenged when playing a wibu character, Endy was happy because he got a different role from the previous films.

He was also given the flexibility by the director to explore his character in the film Lecturer Ghaib: It's Night or Already Know. "Honestly, this is very interesting, this is a very unique character and different for me personally," said Endy.

"I have a lot of research for this character, starting from the style of language and body movement, it's all research," he concluded.
