Irfan Hakim Considers Gray Hair As A Commemoration Of Death

JAKARTA - The presenter of Irfan Hakim began to accept that at the age of 49 he had started to feel his hair which began to grow gray hair.

"Yes, it's starting to have gray hair. Yes, but I just enjoy it, I'm the subject of laughing with the children,'my father is gray,'. But yes, it's more than my other age, his friends, it's still very much younger," said Irfan Hakim in the Mampang Prapatan area, South Jakarta, Tuesday, July 30.

Seeing gray, Irfan admitted that his family was among those who rarely had gray hair at his old age. This is evidenced by the mother and grandmother herself.

"I don't really like it. I really like it but thank God it didn't increase. But, I'm one of those who are not of gray descent, my mother is already 82 years old, she still has very little gray hair," said Irfan Hakim.

"But if it's gray that what I'm afraid of is my grandmother, I used to sleep with my grandmother, until my grandmother was still black, but before she died I was blue," he added.

For Irfan gray hair, it is not only a marker of age that is increasing but also death.

"So if I went to Mama'ma's gray hair is safe?' 'Safe', so if we turn gray, I'm like 'wah getting closer (death). I guess gray is one of the markers of death," he said.

Apart from being related to gray, Irfan also cannot deny that he is related to wrinkles on his face. Even though it has started to appear in the face area, Irfan tries to keep it pleasing to the eye.

"There is a dredge-up but it's still nice to see," he said.
