Alan Walker Invites High School Teachers And Students In Medan To Show Off At The Walkerworld Stage, Jakarta

Musician Alan Walker appeared in Walkerworld Jakarta by inviting a number of singers, both from Indonesia and abroad, namely Putri Ariani, Sofi Loud, Robin Packalen, and a special collaboration with teachers and students from Al-Azhar High School Medan.

During the Walkerworld event at Phantom Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2, North Jakarta, Saturday, June 8, Walker opened his appearance with EDM's solo music playing for approximately an hour. He also occasionally greets Indonesian audiences on the sidelines of his appearance.

"Hello Jakarta! Welcome to Walkerworld Jakarta! Let's have fun today! Are you ready?" Walker said, confiscated from Antara.

The audience answered, "Ready!".

After that, Sofi Loud and Robin Packalen took turns accompanying Walker for a duet and singing Walker's various original songs.

Starting from 'Sweet Dreams', 'Diamond Heart', 'Are You Lonely', 'Yesterday', and others.

Some of Walker's iconic songs were also featured at last night's event, including 'Hero', 'Lost Control', and 'Alone'. The sound of EDM Walker's music combined beautifully with the voices of Loud and Packalen.

'Jakarta! Good night! Please raise your hands to the air!' Said Loud occasionally when it was his turn to appear in front of Indonesian audiences.

Packalen also called for some requests to the audience to be even more excited by saying, 'Jakarta! Let's jump! Let's jump!'.

Not only Loud and Packalen who appeared to collaborate with Walker, Indonesian singer Putri Ariani also joined the duet with the DJ with Packalen. Already opened Walkerworld Jakarta with her melodious voice, in the middle of the event Putri returned to the stage with the song 'Who I Am'.

The song 'Who I Am' is a single collaboration between Walker and Princess Ariani and Peder Elias, which was released in 2024.

To fill Elias' voice as the original collaborator, Packalen was appointed in the 'Who I Am' collaboration in Walkerworld Jakarta with Putri.

If only I was wide-aware, there's more than I can take (If I've been awakened before, there's more things I can get), it's a piece of 'Who I Am' lyrics sung by Putri with Walker and Packalen.

The surprise collaboration on the Walkerworld Jakarta stage does not stop there. Towards the end of the event, Walker called a teacher and a number of students from Al-Azhar Medan to perform together to play the song In Your Eyes.

The teacher named Tri Adinata guides his students to appear singing the song on stage with Walker. Although neither Tri nor his students were professional musicians, their presence in Walkerworld Jakarta managed to amaze the audience.

Tri filled in the rap section on last night's song 'In Your Eyes', with his students performing singing while playing a number of musical instruments. Don't forget the presence of EDM Walker's music which enlivened the collaboration performance.

After performing, Tri and his students bid farewell to the audience, "Jakarta! Thank you for watching us! Thank you Alan Walker for giving us the opportunity! See you Jakarta!".

After the collaboration performance with the singers, Walker continued his performance by playing a number of songs as a closing. Starting from On My Way to Faded that the audience has been waiting for.

Walker also successfully entertained Indonesian audiences for more than two hours at the Walkerworld Jakarta event. Now, Walker will visit a number of other Asian countries on the Walkerworld 2024 tour.
