Feeling Harassed For The Alleged Embezzlement Of Funds, Tiko Aryawardhana Is Ready To Report Back To AW

JAKARTA - Tiko Aryawardhana admitted that he felt aggrieved by allegations of embezzlement of Rp6.9 billion which was reported by his ex-wife, AW to 2022.

Moreover, previously the South Jakarta Metro Police, represented by Kasatreskrim AKBP Bintoro, said that Tiko had embezzled the funds that were accused of having been embezzled for less than Rp. 6.9 billion.

"Because if we see that the audit report is only a hoax of 6.9 billion and then it is denied by investigators, what does it think?" said Irfan Agashar, Tiko Aryawardhana's attorney in the Kebon Sirih area, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, June 5.

Seeing this, Irfan said that he had also prepared an effort to protect the good name of Tiko Aryawardhana's family, who is the husband of singer Bunga Citra Lestari alias BCL.

"We also have efforts to protect the good name and family of our clients, especially since our client's family is a public figure, very disadvantaged," said Irfan.

He admitted that he did not hesitate to submit civil and criminal reports to those who tried to enter false data or engineered existing data.

"We will also back up civil law efforts, both criminal and criminal, for those who in this police report try to enter false or irresponsible data or are suspected of fabricating data in this police report," said Irfan Agashar.

"We are also declaring legal remedies in accordance with statutory regulations in our country, our clients and we will try to learn where the position of the case is on our client's accusations," he said.
