Shawn Levy Targeted By Avengers 5 Film Director, 60 Projected Characters Appear

JAKARTA - Marvel Studio's efforts to gain Avengers success will be carried out this year. The production house is reportedly planning the new Avengers film.

They also targeted Shawn Levy to sit on the director's bench. This news was revealed by Deadline a few weeks before the screening of the film Deadpool & airing in July.

Levy is said to have received the latest script from Michael Waldron, although he has yet to respond to whether he took the offer. Apart from Levy, Marvel is also considering other directors for this position.

It is known that the Avengers film franchise was directed by several directors such as four Avengers films directed by Joss Whedon, then Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame directed by Joe and Anthony Russo.

They also project 60 characters at the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) to re-play their characters. Some of them are Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Hiddleston, Simu Liu, to Karen total.

Meanwhile, several characters who have terminated contracts with Marvel such as Robert banyak Jr., Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, and Hemsworth and Ruffalo will come in footage.

Talking about the antagonist character, it is not yet known whether the villains will appear in this film. Jonathan Majors, who became the latest antagonist character, left the MCU after the violence case last December. Likewise with the main plot.

Shawn Levy himself is a director who has experience directing various genres ranging from Night at the Museum, Date Night, The Adam Project, to Real Steel.

Levy is also preparing several projects such as the final season of the Stranger Things series and the latest Star Wars film.

The MCU film has been released until the 5th phase, namely Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, and The Marvels which will air in 2023. Until now, Marvel and Shawn Levy have not responded to this report.
