The Asset Separate Agreement Is Said To Be Able To Save Sandra Dewi From The Suspect In The Corruption Case, Harvey Moeis

JAKARTA - Celebrity Sandra Dewi again underwent an examination at the Indonesian Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) on Wednesday, May 15 for a corruption case that dragged the name of her husband, Harvey Moeis alias HM.

During the examination, Sandra Dewi was asked about the ownership of a private jet as well as the asset separation agreement she had made before marrying Harvey.

On another occasion, Harvey Moeis' attorney, Harris Arthur Hedar said that although Sandra was examined for 10 hours her status in this case was still a witness.

"Witnesses, until now they are still witnesses," said Harris Arthur in the Srengseng area, Jakarta, Thursday, May 16.

Harris bahkan dengan yakin dan percaya kalau Sandra Dewi tidak akan ditetapkan sebagai tersangka atas kasus korupsi yang merugikan negara hingga sebesar Rp 271 triliun ini.

This was said by Harris because of the asset separation agreement made by Sandra Dewi and Harvey Moeis before getting married.

"I don't think so. Pak Harvey and Mrs. Sandra were both businessmen before. So Mrs. Sandra is busy with her activities, Mr. Harvey is busy with her business," explained Harris Arthur.

"In October 2016 they have entered into an agreement to separate assets, marriage agreements," he said.
