Sarwendah Releases Open Somation To Unscrupulous Spreader Of Betrand Peto

JAKARTA - The celebrity Sarwendah finally took firm steps regarding the individuals who wrote negative comments about him and his son, Betrand Peto. This subpoena was conveyed directly by Sarwendah's legal team, Chris Sam Siwu.

Chris said this had to be done by Sarwendah because this incident not only happened once or twice but was an annual year.

"So 100 percent is the framing of irresponsible people. Our client is already hot and can no longer remain silent because news like this when we see it is more annual," said Chris Sam Siwu in the Kebon Jeruk area, West Jakarta, Wednesday, May 15.

"But our client never wanted to take care of things like that actually, but because there is still our client with our direction, we will propose an open subpoena today," he continued.

Furthermore, another Sarwendah legal team, Abraham Simon, read out the contents of the summons requested by Sarwendah to five TikTok accounts suspected of spreading slander to Sarwendah and Betrand Peto.

Where first, Sarwendah demanded an apology from the five account owners within 3 times 24 hours of this summons being delivered.

"So based on these things above, we urge the owner of the TikTok account above the following, the first, to apologize publicly to our client within 3x24 hours of this open subpoena being delivered," said Simon Abraham.

Then Sarwendah also requested that the five accounts delete an article, image and video that had elements of accusations shown to Sarwendah and Betrand Peto.

"Second, deleting writings or pictures or photos and/or videos containing accusations or slander that attack honor or damage the pride of our client," he added.

Finally, Sarwendah gave a warning that if the time limit determined for the points above is not implemented, it will continue to legal channels

"Thirdly, and if there is no realization until the time limit mentioned above, our client will use the rights as a citizen to take legal steps by filing a criminal report through the Indonesian police," said Abraham Simon.

Sarwendah explained the reason she did this was because this incident had been happening for too long and began to disturb her children psychologically.

"Because this is a problem that has been rolling for a long time and finally I ventured to take firm action. Why is it firm? Because this news has been going on for too long and has been very disturbing to me and disturbing my children," said Sarwendah.
