Ada Perjanjian Pisah Harta, Sandra Dewi Tak Bakal Kaya?

JAKARTA - The husband of celebrity Sandra Dewi, Harvey Moeis alias HM is still in detention after being named a suspect in the corruption case of PT. Timah by the Indonesian Attorney General's Office some time ago.

Responding to this, the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia is known to have confiscated assets belonging to Harvey Moeis several times as evidence.

Even so, Sandra Dewi is not suspected of falling into poverty even though her husband's assets were confiscated because she and HM had made an agreement to separate assets before officially getting married.

"Yes. Before Mr. HM married Mrs. Sandra, there was an agreement from both parties, the agreement to separate assets really existed," said Harris Arthur Hedar as Harvey Moeis' lawyer.

Not without reason, this was done by both of them because they saw the differences in the professions carried out where HM was an entrepreneur and Sandra Dewi in the world of art.

"Because we both know, Mr. HM is a businessman, previously also a businessman. Sandra's mother is an artist who has been known and has long been involved in her own world of expertise and business," continued Harris Arthur Hedar.

"So they do have to do that (a property separation agreement). It's a natural thing in one bond. It does exist, I make sure it exists," he concluded.
