Arif Yahya Claims To Have Met Zaskia Gotix's Husband At Singapore Casino

JAKARTA - The trial of the corruption case for the construction of the Kingmi Mile 32 Church in Mimika Regency, Papua which dragged the name of the husband of dangdut singer Zaskia Gotix, Sirajuddin Mahmud, was held at the Central Jakarta District Court on Thursday, April 18.

Sirajuddin, who was present as a witness by the Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), said that he knew one of the defendants in this corruption case, namely Arif Yahya.

This was confirmed by Arif who said that they had met at a casino in Singapore. But unfortunately Sirajuddin admitted that he forgot about the incident.

"Yes, actually it is impossible for us to open further, yes, because Sirajuddin did not convey that earlier. Regarding the casino, according to the client's statement, we met him at the casino. Unfortunately, it was not confirmed there," said Muhammad Akilman Yudha, Arif Yahya's attorney at the Central Jakarta District Court, Thursday, April 18.

Sirajuddin Mahmud said that he had indeed been to Singapore and settled at Marina Bay Sun to carry out health control every year.

"I have regularly checked up from 2005 in Singapore, sir. I have also taken care of the road. And that's almost every year I always visit Mount Elizabeth. And the most often I stay at MBS (Mariana Bay Sun)," explained Sirajuddin Mahmud.

Furthermore, Sirajuddin also admitted that he often walked in the mall which is a facility there. He also admitted that he knew that the mall had a casino inside.

But this 41-year-old man said that he had never played in the casino but was just looking around.

"There I usually go to the mall, sir. There is a mall because it is with my family. (At the casino) You don't play. Have you ever entered," he continued.
