The Number Of Votes Lost To Verrel Bramasta, Venna Melinda: Must Be Consistent With His Intentions

JAKARTA - Mother and daughter, Venna Melinda and Verrel Bramasta are both known to have nominated themselves as legislative candidates in the 2024 election. After the democratic party which was held on February 14 yesterday, Venna received unsatisfactory results.

Based on the KPU channel, Venna, who advanced in the East Java District VI, won 1.28 percent of the votes or around 880,400 as of February 22, 2024 at 11.06 WIB. This shows that he is in danger of failing to sit in Senayan.

"Yes, because my voice was lost 7000, two days ago 17 thousand, this morning 17 thousand. I think this is the lowest vote because five years ago I was in 50 thousand, I didn't use volunteers," said Venna Melinda in the Mampang Prapatan area, South Jakarta, Thursday, February 23.

"So hopefully this calculation will continue so I wait until 100%," he continued.

Unlike her mother, Verrel Bramasta is predicted to have the opportunity to replace her mother in Senayan. Because as of February 22, 2024 at 11.00 WIB, Verrel won 20,906 votes based on the KPU channel.

Seeing this, Venna, who already had experience in the world of politics, was never tired of reminding her son that Verrel would feel many dynamics if she qualified for the DPR.

"Yes, I hope he enters, if in the world of politics the dynamics is high, the important thing is that if he enters later he will remain consistent with his intentions," said Venna Melinda.

"Hopefully he can quickly adjust because it's very different for each," he explained.

As a mother, Venna always gives advice to her eldest son. He asked Verrel not to be complacent with her world of art and to always focus on her work later in politics.

"First, you can't be complacent with the work of artists, second, you have to focus. Because there are so many jobs to become members of the DPR," he concluded.
