The Ministry Of Tourism And Creative Economy Invites ASN To Implement A Healthy Lifestyle Through Running

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) together with ASN Runners and Parekraf Runners held ASN Runners Collabo Runson Run 2024 to invite state civil servants to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

The February edition of the ASN Runners Collaborun Run 2024 which was held on Sunday morning was a 7 km run which was attended by state civil servants (ASN) from various agencies.

A total of 475 ASN from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Industry, and other government agencies who participated in the ASN Runners Collaborunasi Run 2024.

In that event, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy also presented Mr. Tirta to convey counseling on the importance of implementing a healthy lifestyle to keep the body healthy and fit.

"There are three stages leading to sports, first physical activity, second physical exercise. If the two things have been done consistently, the third is sports," he said, as quoted by Antara.

He gave an example, physical activity includes activities such as sweeping and physical training can be done on foot from five thousand to 10 thousand steps a day.

Sandiaga also ran with the participants from the Kemenparekraf Building to Sarinah, Hotel Indonesia Roundabout, Bank Indonesia, and returned again to the Kemenparekraf Building in the running event which was held starting at 06.30 WIB.
