JAKARTA - Jennifer Jill is still being detained by the West Jakarta Police as a suspect in narcotics abuse. The wife of the Adjunct Officer was arrested on February 16 based on the discovery of a box containing two packages of methamphetamine and its sucker in Jennifer's house.

The police confiscated evidence of 0.39 grams of crystal methamphetamine found by investigators at the residence concerned. The police then went on to examine Jennifer with a hair test. Wednesday, February 24, West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Chief, AKP Arif Purnama Oktora revealed the results of the hair examination.

"We have obtained the results. It is true that the hair specimen of JJ's sister contained methamphetamine specimens," he said.

Regarding the difference in information from the previous results, the police will conduct a further investigation.

"Meanwhile, we will remove the results of the hair specimens with the suspect's statements. Regarding the additional articles, later that will be the next steps," said Arif.

Jennifer's examination will continue because her health condition is generally good. "It is quite cooperative. With the results of the hair specimen being positive, we will take more information from sister JJ. It is possible that the husband will be asked for further information. Regarding the results of his hair is positive. Meanwhile, the previous statement said he had not used it for a long time. There is a difference from the previous statement," he said.

This difference in information leads to inappropriate duration. JJ admitted that the crystal meth was his which had been kept since four years ago. "Meanwhile, the duration of hair specimens is 1-3 months, meaning that during that time JJ's sister used a type of methamphetamine," continued Arif.
