Revaldo Starts A Healthy Life Program After Undergoing Rehabilitation

Happy news came from artist Revaldo who finished rehabilitating a drug case at the BNN Lido Rehabilitation Center some time ago.

Revaldo underwent a rehabilitation program in Lido for approximately 6 months. He admitted that he had followed all the rehabilitation programs in its entirety until they were completed.

"Yes, I'm in Lido, I actually run the full program until it's finished," said Revaldo in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, Friday, January 26.

Although he did not remember when exactly he left the rehabilitation facility, this 41-year-old man admitted that he is currently starting to actively participate in drug-related seminars.

In this seminar, he actively provides stories related to his life experience when he falls into the circle of drug demons.

"I forgot that I was still in the program, but now I just take part in the seminar. So now I share whatever stories I can share," he explained.

Now, after undergoing rehabilitation, Revaldo admits that he feels healthier. He even regularly exercise to increase his body weight again. One of the sports he does is fitness.

"Yes (healthier) actually the average problem (leaving drugs) is on weight, I have my own sports program, my own fitness program, so now it's more fit," he concluded.
