JAKARTA - Gunawan Dwi Cahyo's attorney, Wahyudo Tora Hananto, explained that the decision from his client's divorce trial with Okie Agustina was held today, Monday, January 8 at the Bogor Religious Court. Tora explained that the assets in the form of a house in the Bogor area occupied by Okie and Gunawan during their marriage will be Okie's residence for the next 5 years. "For assets in the form of residential houses located on Jalan A*** N*** * Number * BNR Mulyaharja Village, South Bogor District, Bogor City, will be the residence of Okie Agustina Sofyan (the plaintiff) and his children within 5 (five) years starting from January 1, 2024 to January 2029," said Tora Hananto while reading the verdict in the Grogol area, West Jakarta, Monday, January 8. Furthermore, Tora explained that if Okie and Gunawan agreed to sell the house after a time limit of 5 years, the proceeds from the sale would be divided into two for Okie and Gunawan. "And the property will then be sold and the proceeds from the sale will be divided into two, half part for the Plaintiff and half part for the Defendant," continued Tora. However, if until the deadline of 5 years Okie has not yet found a house, then the deadline for using the house can be re-discussed with Gunawan Dwi Cahyo.

"And if in time the Plaintiff has not yet found a place to live, it can be discussed," he said. In addition to the house, Gunawan also handed over 1 motorbike and 1 car to his son and Okie, Miro Materrazi Gunawan for his daily accommodation needs. "The motorized vehicle in the form of a red Swift car with Police Number F **** DN and a Yamaha N-Max motorcycle with Police Number DK **** ZS given to a child named Miro Materazzi Gunawan," he concluded.
