JAKARTA - Lolly's lover, Nikita Mirzani's son, Vadel Badjideh, was arrested by the South Jakarta Metro Police for the beating of a Bhabinsa named Alex Edison. Based on information, Vadel was arrested on Thursday, October 12 at his home in Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta. It is known that at first this case was reported to the Pessangrahan Police, South Jakarta with the police report number LBP/467.X/2023, on Friday, October 13. This was revealed by the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Police, AKBP Bintoro when it was released at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Monday, October 16. "The basis for the LBP/467.X/2023 police report from the Pesanggrahan Police, Resto, South Jakarta, is October 13, 2023," said AKBP Bintoro. As a result of his actions, Vadel and his two brothers, Martin and Bintang who participated in this beating were threatened with 15 years in prison in accordance with Article 170 of the Criminal Code related to beatings.

"Where the case is the disclosure of the perpetrators jointly committing violence in public towards people as referred to in Article 170 of the Criminal Code," continued AKBP Bintoro. "For Article 170 of the Criminal Code, there is a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison," he added.
