JAKARTA - The famous French fashion brand, Louis Vuitton, officially opened its first cafe and restaurant in Osaka, Japan in February 2020. This exclusive cafe and restaurant is located in Louis Vuitton Maison Osaka Midosuji, one of Louis Vuitton's flagship stores in Japan, occupying the top floor of the retail space in this building.

The cafe, which is named Le Café V, is the result of collaboration with a famous chef, Yosuke Suga, who also manages an exclusive restaurant called Sugalabo V.

Designed by renowned architects Jun Aoki and Peter Marino, Le Café V is located on the 4th to 7th floor above the main shop.

This cafe is also equipped with a bar, main cafe area and outdoor lounge area as well as the exclusive restaurant Sugalabo V which is only open to invited guests at dinner.

This piece of furniture is in harmony with the interior created by Jun Aoki, representing warm wood and neat details along with colorful bursts of chairs and furniture from the Objets Nomades collection. Thus, this cafe looks luxurious and cozy.

This modern interior design that is inspired by nature, was described by Aoki as an illustration of a ship floating on the water which is also emitted on the building's facade and interior.

Jun Aoki, who has worked with Louis Vuitton several times in the construction of shops, including the Louis Vuitton flagship store located on Fifth Avenue, said that this cafe and restaurant is a brilliant discovery and is expected to become an exclusive medium for visitors to taste new sensations at cafe owned by this giant fashion brand from France.
