The series of seven editions of The Dark Knights: Death Metal will launch in 13 countries internationally in March and launch throughout 2021.

Dark Nights: Death Metal, the work of bestselling writing team Scott Snyder and artist Greg Capullo, launched in the US in June last year. This is the sequel to the successful 2017-18 series Dark Nights: Metal, which brought sweeping changes to the DC universe and introduced fans to the Dark Multiverse and the famous villain Batman Who Laughs.

When Earth is enveloped in the Dark Multiverse, the Justice League comes under the control of the Batman Who Laughs. Humanity struggles to survive in an unrecognizable hell landscape, while Batman, Wonder Woman and Superman, who have all been separated, struggle to survive.

Seven single issues with the band's edition variant covers will be published monthly in eight countries: France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Turkey.

For the Collector's Omnibus Edition featuring additional bonus content, these eight countries will join Russia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Korea and Japan.

DC's international publishing partners from each participating country will announce their respective release dates via press releases in the near future.
