JAKARTA - The mystery thriller series by Netflix, Lupine, is confirmed again with the second part of the story this coming summer.
Lupine, starring Omar Sy, received a total viewership of more than 70 million times and was ranked first in the most popular shows in more than 10 countries. It is also the most-watched French original series on Netflix.
In his first season, Lupine tells the story of Assane Diop (Omar Sy) who takes revenge for a tragic incident that befell his father. 25 years on, Assane Diop is inspired by the fictional character Arsene Lupine, 'Gentleman Burglar' for revenge.
With Paris as a background, Lupine ends on a cliffhanger (hanging) so that you can find the continuation of Lupin's story through the second part.
Directed by Ludovic Bernard and Hugo Gélin, Lupine presents an action-packed robbery story mixed with comedy. Apart from Omar Sy, there are Hervé Pierre, Nicole Garcia, Clotilde Hesme, Ludivine Sagnier, Antoine Gouy, Shirine Boutella, and Soufiane Guerrab.
