Isyana Had Not Believed In Being Invited To Play In Sherina's Adventure 2 Film

Singer Isyana Sarasvati felt touched and couldn't believe it when she was given the opportunity to play a role in the film Adventure of Sherina 2 because she claimed to be a fan of the film Adventure Sherina. "Actually, it's a bit unbelievable because Sherina's adventure is very historical for my journey, so I'm also a fan of Sherina's Adventure. Such a very honor and it turns out that I got a new character from Mas Riri (director) and Ms. Mira (producer). It's impossible for me (to be offered to play a film), I'm actually very touched and tense too," said Isyana at the talk show The Boys of Adventure Sherina 2 at the Jakarta Convention Center, Central Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Saturday, June 24.

As a fan of Sherina's Adventure, Isyana shared that she had a cassette of the soundtrack album of the film and had recorded the moments of herself and her family when she sang the songs on Sherina's Adventure. "I used to have her album, the cassette. I had a fun recording with my mother and sister at home so it was very personal for me to be 'Sherina's adventure'," said the character role actor Ratih. Despite building a career in the music world, Isyana admitted that she was also interested in acting in acting techniques in opera performances. When playing in a film, she did a lot of adjustments because according to her acting in operas and films had some differences. "It's interesting because I've always been very interested in acting because I've always been very interested in exploring it more into opera, there's a lot of adjustments to do," said Isyana.
