Dee Company Spends IDR 5 Billion To Implement CGI Effects In Hell's Torture Film

JAKARTA - Dee Company's production house spent up to IDR 5 billion only for the Computer-Generalized Imagery (CGI) effect of the film Siksa Hell which was adapted from a comic of the same name by MB Rahimsyah.

"From the beginning of April we have prepared CGI. No kidding, for CGI alone we spent IDR 5 billion," said producer Dheeraj Kalwani in his official broadcast, Sunday.

The comic Hell torture' tells the story of a creepy story found in hell complete with a terrible image featuring humans being tortured. Lele Laila is lined up as screenwriter and Anggy Umbara as Director for this film.

"To make a set of hell, we make a real build-set merger that we made from the artistic team, XR Virtual Screen for background, and CGI 3D animation for various elements of Hell," said Anggy.

Starting from the fire of hell, the burning lava, rock rocks, and various tortures in Hell that are impossible to do by liveshooting. That's why we need a long time and high cost for CGI," he added.

In this film, Anggy hopes to provide a hellish visual that makes the audience feel horrified.

"The comic makes us auto-tobat. Now this is what we want to protect in the film. Every scene can be a reflection for the audience," he said.

The plan is for the film Saksa Hell to start filming May 11 with a list of Ariyo Wahab, Astri Nurdin, Slamet Rahardjo, Kiesha Alvaro, Ratu Sofya, Rizky Fachrel, and Nayla D. Purnama.
