KPK Calls Initial Artist R In Rafael Alun Case, Raffi Ahmad To Rizky Billar Dragged

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating allegations of an artist with the initials R who was involved in the alleged receipt of gratuities from former Directorate General (Ditjen) of Taxes Rafael Alun Trisambodo.

"Who is the initial R? We are investigating this. Is R the front letter or is it in the middle or at the end. That's what we are investigating. What is clear is that there is an R," said KPK Investigation Director Asep Guntur, Thursday, March 30.

"We will communicate and coordinate whether there really is a report in question, but every community report that supports law enforcement efforts, including the process we are doing, of course we will investigate further," said Ali Fikri as Head of the KPK News Section.

Rafael Alun Trisambodo was declared a suspect in connection with the corruption crime allegedly committed by the former Head of the General Section of the South Jakarta II DGT Regional Office. Rafael Alun is estimated to receive gratuities of up to tens of billions of rupiah during the 2011-2023 period.

This figure was obtained based on the calculation of investigators from the evidence found by investigators, one of which was Rafael's safe deposit box (SDB).
