Memories Of Childhood Makes Fatin Shidqia Happy In The Month Of Ramadan

JAKARTA - The holy month of Ramadan is a unique moment for Indonesian Muslims. Many valuable moments can only be felt in that blessed month.

Likewise with singer Fatin Shidqia. For him, Ramadan reminded him of the moment when he was a child. Until now, Fatin admitted that his mother was still building him when he was a child.

"In fact, I'm unique when it's Ramadan, I'm like a child again. Because my mother definitely woke me up and my mother was like, 'Sis, Sis'. So I feel like an elementary school kid again," said Fatin Shidqia in Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta recently.

"Then I prefer to open food like the one that is like a comfortable food for me, like a clear vegetable. So, there aren't too many requests. The most important thing is that the request is nugget with a diplok egg. That's it. Ramadan always listens to me," he continued.

Still similar to Ramadan's fasting in the previous year, Fatin stated that he was still undergoing wakti breaking the fast and sahur with his family, without a lover.

"Nothing (which is different), it's still alone. It's the same with my parents, with cats. It's the same," he said.

Fatin also seemed confused when asked why he still felt at home in menjomlo. He also asked for prayers to meet the right man to be his lover.

"I don't know if it's like that. I'm also confused about how to answer (questions) like that. Because I don't have the key to the answer, there's no grid. So just pray for it," said Fatin.

Similar to Ramadan before, Fatin still accepts gig offers and works. However, he doesn't want to really spend time in this good month by continuing to work. For him, it is important to maintain body health and also be able to gather with his family.

"Actually, it's getting more and more years of wanting health. Because in the month of Ramadan also while working right. So I want the body to be fit and it's like I can work but there's still a family gathering," concluded Fatin Shidqia.
