JAKARTA - Young actress Total Karamoy returns to play the character of a hijab woman named Renata in the Sajadah Panjang series: Subjud In Prayer.

The character of the woman wearing the hijab is not the first time for the Minahasa-blooded girl.

Previously, he had worn the hijab in the soap operas Topan and Aisyah.

Badminton said it was good to be back wearing the hijab through the characters played.

This is one of the reasons for being interested in playing in Sajadah Panjanh: Subjud in Prayer.

"I'm interested because in this project, it can be seen earlier, I wear the hijab," saidatur Karamoy at fX Sudirman, Central Jakarta on Friday, March 24.

The 20-year-old actress said she was indeed looking forward to the role of wearing the hijab. It has been three years since she last played the character of the woman wearing the hijab.

How come his daily life does not wear a hijab also feels at all not awkward when wearing a hijab while acting. When he was in high school, he admitted that he had worn a hijab while in school.

"Honestly, it's not (stung) really. Because I was in hijab high school at school, so I feel like I'm used to it," he said.

Regarding the character of Renata being played, Renata said she was asked by director Sondang Pratama to show the side of young people today who are more open.

"But, here also said Mr. Sondang, 'Here you wear a hijab but you're not too stiff with boys. So it's like young people are just old nowadays', that's it. And it's really nice to bring Renata's character," he concluded.
