JAKARTA - The pop music group from Malaysia, Kugiran Masdo, released its latest work entitled This is the way that brings a retro touch in the style of the 60s.

This is the way produced by Warner Music Malaysia with Warner Music Indonesia in collaboration with composer Noh Salleh who created the work.

"We feel very lucky to have got this song from Noh Salleh. He does have a special ability to create a fun melody and write ear-grabbing lyrics," said vocalist of Kugiran Masdo Ali Sariah as quoted by Antara, Friday.

This song that brought the nuances of retro music tells the story of one of the moments of falling in love at the beginning of a relationship that is sweet.

Ali Sariah said this song had received a warm welcome before its release, to be precise when it was played at their recent concert at Zapp KL, Malaysia.

"We played This is the way, for the first time in public at our recent concert at the KL Zepp. The fan response was very good, and they really couldn't wait for the official release of this song," he said.

This is where the Road has now been released on all digital streaming platforms such as Spotify, Deezer, Joox, to Apple Music both in Malaysia and Indonesia.

The music video will also premiere on the MASDO YouTube channel at 21.00 WIB on January 13, 2023.

Although from Malaysia, Kugiran Masdo is quite popular in other Southeast Asia areas, including Singapore and Indonesia.
