Japanese Singer, Hiroaki Kato Persembutkan Lagu Satu Hati Untuk Mengumbangkan Semangat

JAKARTA - Japanese singer Hiroaki Kato voiced his passion for both Indonesia and Japan's diaspora who were struggling through the song Satu Hati. He said the songs written in the two languages, namely Indonesia and Japan, cannot be separated from their experiences of living in Indonesia for eight years with all joys and sorrows.

"For Indonesians who are struggling in Japan, on the other hand, Japanese people who are struggling in Indonesia, hopefully they can enjoy this song 'One Heart'," said Hiroaki, who was met in Tokyo.

The man who is fluent in Indonesian believes that even though he is different from the nation, but with the same goal, is to achieve their own dreams. In addition to the song Satu Hati (Kokoro Hitatsu Ni) which was released in September this year, Hiroaki also recently released the song Laskar Pelangi in two Indonesian and Japanese languages and collaborated with Indonesian singer Maizura on November 2.

Hiroaki, who is also the translator of Laskar Pelangi's novel, said the goal of rewriting the song was so that Japanese citizens who are also fans can enjoy it. "Because there have been many fans from songs, films, both Japanese and Indonesian, I released the song Laskar Pelangi in two languages so that Japanese people can enjoy the song," he said as quoted by ANTARA.

The man who is often involved in the friendly event between Indonesia and Japan said that Indonesia and Japan have many similarities, including the flag color written in the song Satu Hati.

In my opinion, Indonesia and Japan have many similarities, we both eat rice. So, the hope is always to fight safely in their respective places, never give up and Laskar Pelangi Pelangi always says he dares to dream. So wherever you are in Japan or in Indonesia, you have a dream because if you keep fighting without giving up, dreams will surely come true," he said.
