Chintya Gabriella Breaks Up But Stays Happy Thanks To The Song It's OK Without You

JAKARTA - Singer Chintya Gabriella has released a new song titled Nothing Without You. This song tells the process of moving on from a failed love relationship by carrying a cheerful tone.

"This song is about moving on, we were sad because we were separated and gamon (failed to move on) but finally got used to it and could be happy again even without him," said Chintya in a release received Friday, August 12.

Unlike the previous songs which always took the theme of a sad love story, this time Chinya also showed her vocal ability to bring "Nothing Without You" which has a cheerful beat.

“Besides the theme of moving on and being more cheerful, another challenge for me is this song is upbeat. This is a challenge in itself because Chintya rarely sings upbeat songs. To get the mood is also more challenging, "he said about the song.

Chintya hopes that the song Tak Apa Withoutmu can accompany and strengthen listeners who are trying to move on and still think that the process is a difficult thing.

"We must be able to make peace with ourselves and realize that the source of happiness is made from ourselves," he said.

This three-minute song was written by Raguel Lewi and produced by Irwan Simanjuntak. Raguel previously created Chintya's debut song with Warner Music Indonesia entitled "Only in Dreams" which was released earlier this year.

The 23-year-old woman started her musical career when she participated in the Indonesian Idol talent search event in 2018. After that, Chintya continued to work by uploading song covers through her YouTube account.
