He then shared two other clips. This video managed to garner a massive number of views and even started a viral trend for other women to do the same.

However, in an exclusive interview with Daily Star Online , the 21-year-old woman explained that the success of the video highlighted problems in the world of fitness.

"Basically, this conversation shouldn't exist," he said. "This shouldn't be a big problem.

“If one gender is allowed to appear topless , the other gender must do it.

“The bottom line is equality, the bottom line is the traditional male move, not many girls do pull-ups for whatever reason and that makes a statement - I'm a girl, I do pull-ups and I do this without wearing clothes.

"If a man made this video, not filmed it, would it go viral and that's the problem there."

Sarah admits that she "really cried" when other girls started doing the same video and tagged it in it.

But there are also some conflicting posts. They even tend to wage war with Sarah.

"I have to remind myself that this equality movement is much bigger than me and I am a very small part of it, so the negativity doesn't bother me that much," he said.

The social media star hopes gym culture is "less male-dominated" in the future.

"You are what you believe in and when society says you are weaker, you choose to believe it," Sarah added.

"I'm not a special person, I'm just a girl who doesn't care what other people think and do and because of that I can get strong and build muscles. You can't let society stop you from doing something."

Sarah's post comes after another fitness fan was shocked that she was ordered to leave the gym unless she was wearing a shirt.

Julia Maren was working out in a cropped sports vest when she claimed she had to cover it up without any explanation.

In an angry post on Instagram, she slammed the "double standard" after a man showed her "all over her nipples" at the same gym.
