Without Resistance From Doddy Sudrajat, Puput Officially Divorced Verstek

JAKARTA - Puput's divorce suit against Doddy Sudrajat on March 15, 2022 and registered with number 516/Pdt.G/2022/PA.JP was granted by the judge. Monday, April 11, their marriage was terminated verstek because there was no resistance from Doddy.

It is known that Doddy Sudrajat married Puput in 2016. Both are married with the status of a widower and a widow. From their marriage they were blessed with a daughter named Aisyah. Puput filed for divorce because there were frequent disputes and not being properly supported.

Now the two of them no longer hold the status of a husband and wife alias divorced.

Halim Perdana Kusuma, Puput's attorney, said that from the start his party wanted this divorce to be decided in a verstek manner. It turned out that what they wanted was realized by the panel of judges.

"So we directly submitted witnesses and we asked for the Verstek decision. So it has been decided. We conveyed the conclusion verbally, at that time the Verstek decision was immediately made," Halim Perdana Kusuma was quoted as saying from the Sambel Lalap YouTube channel.

Doddy Sudrajat was not present at the court invitation at all, so the judge decided to immediately end the trial.

"The process has to be decided, this is a court decision, not because Doddy Sudrajat was never present, all processes have been passed, from witnesses, evidence and others," he explained.
