JAKARTA - After being absent in 2021, the jazz music festival "Jakarta International Java Jazz Festival" (JJF) will again be held on 27, 28 and 29 May 2022. Located at JiExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, JJF has prepared performances on nine stages that will be built and spread over the festival area.

The return of JJF, which has been held since 2005, is expected to be a breath of fresh air to restart the rotation of the live music industry in Indonesia.

"We hope that this year's JJF will be a new beginning for the continuity of the country's music industry. The return of JJF in 2022 cannot be separated from the support of loyal music lovers and the opportunity that the government has given us as organizers," said Dewi Gontha, President Director of Java Festival Production, Quoted from ANTARA, March 18.

Several adjustments regarding health protocols have been prepared to be implemented in order to maintain the comfort and safety of festival visitors. In organizing this year's festival, the safety and security of all those present, both visitors and workers, will always be the top priority, said Dewi.

JJF22 works closely with the government to provide a safe festival experience for all. The implementation of new normal regulations and strict health protocols will start before the D-day, from the ticket purchase process until later on the D-day, starting from entering the festival area and during the event.

JJF22 uses the PeduliLindung application to verify the status of vaccinations, boosters and also the results of the COVID-19 test in the form of an antigen that is directly integrated with the official JJF22 website.

Purchases of JJF22 tickets can only be made by individuals who have received complete primary vaccines and booster vaccines, which will be verified automatically when the person concerned fills in the data according to his ID card/Passport/Kitas on the ticket purchase page, so that each ticket is only valid for one identity.
