Launching Asian Age, Friday, September 18, Judge Navin Chawla issued a notification to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Prasar Bharti and the Indian Press Council, asking for their stand on the petition.
The court also asked the authorities to treat her defense as representative and make a decision before the next trial date on 15 October.
