3 Things That Disappointed Father, Angelina Sondakh Immediately Apologizes So Free

JAKARTA - Angelina Sondakh officially breathes free air on Thursday, March 3. He immediately went to his grandparents' family home to apologize to his family for his mistake.

A few days before Angie's release, her father Lucky Sondakh opened up about his disappointment with Angelina Sondakh. Regardless, the father still loves his son and accepts him as he is.

Politics

Lucky Sondakh was disappointed that Angie did not listen to advice when he entered politics. He has warned to continue to be careful because the world of politics is not as beautiful as in front of him.

"Entering the world of politics is not just like a sheep in the midst of wolves, but a sheep in the midst of wolves in sheep's clothing. It turned out that he was facing disaster because of the Hambalang case.

Lucky also gets scorn from the people around him, especially since he is an educator. She is said to be unable to educate her child, known as Putri Indonesia.

"I was ridiculed by my academic friends, how do you say great academics, say teachers, say educators, say rectors, say deans. You graduated a lot of people, you can educate other people, how come your own child failed, "explained Lucky.

Become a convert

Born a Christian, Angelina Sondakh converted to Islam. It turned out that Lucky was also disappointed to see his son ignoring other people rather than his advice.

"The second disappointment is because he converted to Islam. Sorry. Of course parents want their children. Don't blame me, yes, I don't hate it, but understand," said Lucky.

Angie, who is married to the late Adjie Massaid, follows her husband's religion. Until now, Angie is still listed as a Muslim, as can be seen from her clothes.

Unfair Punishment

Lucky Sondakh felt the 10-year sentence was an unfair sentence. Angelina Sondakh herself accepts this as a political consequence.

"The third disappointment, when she received an unfair verdict. I think Angie, yes she is not a god, just accept it as politics. These three disappointments make me think whether I should excommunicate Angie or what?" said Lucky Sondakh.

“I contemplate, my deep contemplation comes to my brethren. We only forgive our enemies, why don't we forgive our own children," he said.
