Rocket Rockers Reunion With 2 Old Personnel, Play Akapela

JAKARTA - As the title implies, Reuni, the Rocket Rockers song which was released nine years ago has succeeded in bringing two of its old personnel home. Uniquely, this time, Ucay and Lowp played the acapella with this Bandung-based punk band.

This Rocket Rockers Reunion is present at the initiation of a humanitarian organization from the City of Flowers, explore! which intends to release a human-themed compilation album.

The existence of a humanitarian concept compilation album is rare in Indonesia. In the millennial era, it has even been absent for almost a decade.

Uniquely, this album offers a different concept from previous compilation albums. With the concept of acapella, this album is a challenge for the artists involved in it.

Apart from Rocket rockers, the line-up of musicians who took part in the album entitled Voice of Humanity included Malaysian musician Fadly (Padi, Musikimia), Mohammad Noh Saleh (Hujan), Eka (The Brandals), Yas Budaya (Alone at Last, Mitosmistik), Rudye (Revara, Lyon), Mp-Boys, Voccafarabi, and Glory of Love.

The results of the songs in this album will be donated to humanitarian activities that will be carried out by Explore! especially to help children who are experiencing a health and education crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic that has loomed over the past 6 months.
