Emotions To Indra Tarigan At The Court, Nikita Mirzani: I'm Sensual

JAKARTA - While undergoing trial at the South Jakarta District Court (PN) for the alleged defamation case by Indra Tarigan, today, Nikita Mirzani as the plaintiff looked emotional. He argued several times with Indra, in an effort to strengthen his statement.

At the trial, Nikita came as a witness along with his daughters, Laura Meizani, Ismail Marzuki, and Dhea. There, the emotions of the artist who is familiarly called Niki often increase, one of which is when Indra shows evidence of the accusation to him in front of the Panel of Judges.

"He also accused me and it turned out that when I saw it in front of the panel of judges it was the fan's IG that he took. He forgot that Nikita Mirzani is an artist who has a lot of fans and has Instagram," said Nikita, when met by VOI at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday 15 February.

"It's clear that fanbase means fans, why is it taken as evidence," he added.

As a witness, Nikita tried to explain how Indra Tarigan finally reported it to the authorities until it reached the court. However, in the middle of his explanation he received a rebuttal from Indra, who tried to correct his statement.

"I am heartened to forgive, humanly personally I have forgiven, I clearly said that. 'Personally I forgive you but the legal process is still ongoing'. there are objections that make me happy there," he said.

Even though she has forgiven, Nikita still doesn't want to make peace with Indra and hopes that the legal process will continue. This is a form of maintaining self-esteem and the child as well as a lesson for society.

"I have to defend myself and my children's dignity. Who will fight for my child if not me. If for example I make peace with him, then everyone will arbitrarily post the faces of whose children, I don't want to," said Nikita.

"He must be imprisoned so that it becomes a lesson for adults, so that if you have problems with adults, don't bring them. If he doesn't go to jail, I will continue to speak up. justice for me and my son."

As is known, this case began when Indra Tarigan was considered by Nikita Mirzani to upload a photo of his son, Laura Meizani, on Instagram with the addition of inappropriate words. Knowing this, he immediately made a report to the Polda Metro Jaya on November 25, 2019 because he considered that Indra had committed defamation.
